📌 Per Diem Eligibility
To qualify for per diem you must live 75+ miles from the job site and provide a current electric, water, or gas bill in your name. All per diem candidates must pass a hair follicle drug test and a 10-year background check (no felonies).

- ⚡ Electrician: $40/hr + $147/day per diem
- 🔩 Shipfitter: $38/hr + $180/day per diem
- 🔧 Pipefitter: $38/hr + $180/day per diem
- 🎨 Painter: $34/hr + $147/day per diem
- 🧰 OSM: $40/hr + $147/day per diem
- 🔥 Structural Welder: $38/hr + $147/day per diem
- 🪚 Joiner: $38/hr + $147/day per diem
- 🧱 Sheetmetal: $38/hr + $147/day per diem
- 🔥 Pipe Welder: $40/hr + $180/day per diem
📍 Local Positions (No Per Diem)
- Electrician – $28.50/hr (2 yrs exp)
- Structural Welder – $28.50–$29.50/hr
- Pipe Welder – $28.50/hr (6 yrs exp)
⚙️ Schedule & Hours
- 4/10 work schedule
- Overtime available most Fridays and some Saturdays
- Rotating day/night shifts every 4 months
- Average 45–50 hours per week
🔧 Key Responsibilities (All Trades)
- Perform assigned craft work to site specifications and quality standards.
- Follow jobsite safety procedures and wear required PPE at all times.
- Read and interpret drawings, isometrics, and work orders as required.
- Coordinate with supervisors and other trades to meet schedule milestones.
- Maintain tools, equipment, and housekeeping in assigned areas.
🧾 Qualifications
- Relevant trade experience (requirements vary by position).
- Ability to pass hair follicle drug test and 10-year background check (no felonies).
- TWIC or other site credentials where required (preferred/required per job).
- Good communication and ability to work in a team-focused environment.
